It’s Thanksgiving week and I want to be the first to wish each of you a great and Happy Thanksgiving. We all have a lot to be thankful for so my jams this week are going to be the ten songs I’m most thankful for. It’s kind of a mood dependent thing as I could name 1000 songs I’m thankful for – but these are just the ten doing it for me right now. As usual, you can comment at the bottom of the page and let me know what you think of my jams and give me some of you favorites as well. Have a great holiday and I’ll see you all here again next week. Peace.

Hi, it’s Aaron Truesdale and I’m back and ready to give you the fantasy advice you need for the upcoming NFL season. I’m so sorry but unfortunately, due to health issues, I have decided to shorten my start/sit column for at least the rest of this season. Thank you all for understanding and I hope you all still enjoy all the content that I am still able to give you. Be sure to follow me on Twitter.
Now, let me tell you a little bit about my start/sit column. Each week I will be giving my top 3 starts & my top 3 sits at each position. There will be a start & sit of the week at each position with projections. My column will not include the automatic starters. Automatic starters are guys you don’t bench unless they’re injured or on a bye week. I am going to give 2 examples of automatic starters at each position. QB: Josh Allen & Patrick Mahomes, RB: Christian McCaffery & Dalvin Cook, WR: Tyreke Hill & Stefon Diggs, TE: Travis Kelce & George Kittle, K: Justin Tucker & Harrison Butker. For defenses, Pittsburgh Steelers & Los Angeles Rams. Now, I’ve added a twist to my article that will mention a sleeper of the week at each position who did not make my top 3 starters list. Also, a player that is most likely on the waiver wire that you can stream if you’re in a jam at a position. Let’s get it going with Week 11!
START
Ryan Tannehill vs HOU
Projection: 33/40| 358 YDS| 3 TDS
Tannehill has looked decent without Henry so far and that will continue this week against a horrible Texans defense. So as long as Tannehill continues to use the play-action pass to spread the ball around you can count on him as a QB1.
Mac Jones vs ATL
Tua Tagovailoa vs NYJ
SIT
Russell Wilson vs ARI
Projection: 25/48|223 YDS|1 TD|3 INTS
Wilson looked rusty his first game back. He will continue to struggle as he tries to knock the rust off against a solid Arizona defense.
Justin Herbert vs PIT
Carson Wentz vs BUF
SLEEPER
Justin Fields vs BAL
The Ravens defense has struggled to find their identity this season. It will be Field’s turn to slash that Ravens defense. Fields will have a breakout game this week against the Ravens. So if you need a fill-in this week then I would pick up and start Justin Fields.
START
AJ Dillon vs MIN
Projection: 26 CAR|150 YDS|1 TD|6 REC|50 YDS|1 TD
Dillon is out to prove he is good enough to be a starting running back in the NFL and with the small sample size we have seen that should be easy to prove. He could even threaten Aaron Jones for the starting gig in Green Bay. Dillon is hungry and he has all the motivation to have a breakout and career game which I believe he will do. If he is on the waiver wire grab him and start him.
James Connor vs SEA
Myles Gaskins vs NYJ
SIT
Saquon Barkley vs TB
Projection: 11 CAR|35 YDS|4 REC|14 YDS
It is great news that Barkley is going to be back in the field this week but the bad news is he is facing the Buccaneer’s top-notch run defense and because of that it is best to leave Barkley on your bench for one more week.
Antonio Gibson vs CAR
Josh Jacobs vs CIN
SLEEPER
Rhamondre Stevenson vs ATL
Stevenson has played well enough to be the Patriots starter at running back moving forward or at least an equally shared backfield with Harris for the rest of the season. So if you need a running back this week I suggest picking up and starting Stevenson.
START
Ja’Marr Chase vs LV
Projection: 8 REC|138 YDS|2 TDS
The Bengals have struggled the last few games but they are coming out of their bye week. So I believe they will have fixed their problems during their bye week and the Bengals will come out this week with something to prove and will make a huge statement against the Raiders and Ja’Marr Chase will be a big part of that statement game. Start Chase with confidence against a deteriorating Raiders football team.
Allen Robinson vs BAL
DJ Moore vs WAS
SIT
Brandin Cooks vs TEN
Projection: 6 REC|42 YDS
That Titans defense has been lighting it up lately and that dominance will continue against a terrible Texans team. Cooks will be shut down by that dominating Titans secondary. Cooks is on a bad team and it saddens me that he wasn’t traded because he is a great talent and that talent is being wasted on the Texans. So unless it’s a can’t miss matchup just leave Cooks on your bench.
Devonta Smith vs NO
Diontae Johnson vs LAC
SLEEPER
Bryan Edwards vs CIN
If you need a sneaky sleeper this week then I would go with Edwards because Desean Jackson is a distraction on the field while he is still learning the playbook and due to that it will open things up for Edwards in the passing game. So pick up and start Edwards if you need a fill-in receiver.
Hunter Henry vs ATL
Projection: 5 REC|55 YDS|2 TDS
Henry has been Mac Jones’s main target in the red zone and that’s not going to change anytime soon. Henry’s touchdown upside plus his matchup against a horrid Falcons defense are reasons enough to start a Hunter Henry.
Mike Gesicki vs NYJ
TJ Hockenson vs CLE
SIT
Kyle Pitts vs NE
Projection: 4 REC|47 YDS
No Ridley, likely no Patterson this week, and with those two out Pitts is the only true weapon Ryan has left and that is why the Patriots defense will focus on shutting down Pitts. Which spells bad news for Pitts this week in fantasy football.
Dallas Goedert vs NO
Tyler Conklin vs GB
SLEEPER
Evan Engram vs TB
The last couple of weeks before the bye Engram was building great chemistry with Jones and look for that to continue moving forward. Also that Tampa pass defense has been dreadful this season. So if you play matchups or need a spot start then pick up and start Engram and you won’t be disappointed.
START
Matt Prater vs SEA
Projection: 2 XPS|3 FGS
The Cardinals will score points this week but no matter who their quarterback is their offense will still be a little off which will translate into a few field goal chances that Prater will take advantage of this week. So Prater is the kicker you want this week.
Chris Boswell vs LAC
Evan McPherson vs LV
SIT
Randy Bullock vs HOU
Projection: 3 XPS|1 MXP
Titans will score all touchdowns this week because that Texans defense is so bad. This will lead to nothing but extra point opportunities for Bullock and only extra points leads to low fantasy football points.
Mason Crosby vs MIN
Ryan Succop vs NYG
SLEEPER
Jason Sanders vs NYJ
Miami will put up plenty of points against the Jets and that will lead to many kicking opportunities for Sanders. So if you need a Kicker this week then pick up Jason Sanders.
The Titan’s defense will dominate the Texan’s offense from the beginning of the game to the end of the game. So this is a no-brainer and as close as it comes to a sure thing. Also, the Titan’s defense has been improving each week and this week is no different. If they’re on your waiver wire pick them up this week and stash them for the rest of the season.
New England vs Atlanta
Miami vs New York Jets
SIT
Indianapolis vs Buffalo
Projection: 34 PTS|504 YDS|4 SKS|1 INT
Buffalo is a dynamic offense and can explode all over any defense and that will happen this week against a solid Colts defense. For that reason alone avoid the Indianapolis Colt’s defense.
Minnesota vs Green Bay
Chicago vs Baltimore
SLEEPER
San Francisco vs Jacksonville
The 49er’s defense is underrated this season and they are good enough to make a scary run shutting down opposing offenses and I believe that run will start this week with a plus matchup against a Jaguars offense still looking for their identity. So if you play matchup at defense in fantasy football as most people do then pick up the 49er’s defense and you may want to hold onto them beyond this week.
I had a lot of fun writing this and I hope all of my week 11 start/sit advice helps everyone. Also if you need more explanation on a player just leave me a comment I will be happy to give you one. I’ll be back next week with more fantasy start/sit advice.
Fresh off of a 7-6-1 week which makes my record for the year 94-55-1. I go into this week hoping to finish the second half of the season strong. For those of you who haven’t already go over and check out my NFL Mid-season Awards article where I gave my insight on current award winners and how they might change by season’s end. We got a good slate of games this week starting with my Patriots playing on Thursday night so let’s go ahead and get to my picks!
Thursday Night Game
New England (6-4) at Atlanta (4-5)
The Patriots have seemed to get it together and look like a legit threat in the AFC. The Falcons are coming off an a$$ kicking by the Cowboys but I do expect them to come out and try to avenge that loss with a prideful effort I just don’t think it’ll be enough. Mac Jones and this Patriots run game mixed in with how good the defense is playing will be just too much. New England gets to 7-4 and sets up a huge game with Tennessee coming up in Week 12.
Winner:Patriots 31-17
Sunday Afternoon Games
Indianapolis (5-5) at Buffalo (6-3)
I hope like hell the Colts pull off the upset here for my Patriots sake but I just don’t trust Carson Wentz in meaningful games. So unfortunately I’m picking Buffalo even though I will be rooting to the Colts.
Winner: Bills 29-19
Washington (3-6) at Carolina (5-5)
Cam is back and I’m all here for it. I have always been a Cam guy. After an impressive win over Arizona last week it just feels like this Panthers team could sneak into the playoffs. But then you got Washington who just shocked Tampa Bay last week. Something has to give right? I’m going to roll with Carolina this week and I expect Christian McCaffrey to go off and the loss of Chase Young to really hurt Washington.
Winner: Carolina23-14
Baltimore (6-3) at Chicago (3-6)
The Ravens embarrassed themselves last Thursday and I expect them to come out and play a complete game this week. Lamar and the run game tops 150 yards and the Ravens get back on track in a much needed bounce back win.
Winner: Baltimore 32-19
Detroit (0-8-1) at Cleveland (5-5)
Detroit sucks bad. After watching them and Pittsburgh I debated never watching football again. Yes, it was that bad. I don’t think the Lions want to win this year so I’ll be damned if I’m going to pick them.
Winner:Cleveland 20-10
San Francisco (4-5) at Jacksonville (2-7)
Toss up game. Heads for 49ers or tails for the Jaguars. Heads it is come on San Fran you can do it.
Winner: 49ers 21-20
Green Bay (8-2) at Minnesota (4-5)
Green Bay has Aaron Rodgers back and they dominated Seattle this week but this game is one of those road division games where you toss the records out the window. But Minnesota is a decent team that just seems to always find a new way to lose. I think a Mason Crosby field goal late in the fourth wins this game for Green Bay as I expect this game to be close and go down to the wire.
Winner: Packers 27-24
Miami (3-7) at New York Jets (2-7)
If there was ever a game I would pick the Jets this would be the one. So I am picking the Jets! Just kidding they still suck. Go dolphins.
Winner: Miami 16-13
New Orleans (5-4) at Philadelphia (4-6)
This Saints team has injured players all over their roster but continue to fight like hell each week. The Eagles are all over the damn place and coming off a win against Denver last week. This is my game of the week I consider a literal toss up. I’m assuming Saints running back Alvin Kamara returns and they ride him and recently acquired Mark Ingram to victory. Saints squeak one out.
Winner: Saints20-14
Houston (1-8) at Tennessee (8-2)
This game should be a cake walk unless Tennessee is looking ahead to New England next week. I don’t think that will be the case. Titans roll easily.
Winner: Tennessee 30-13
Sunday Evening Games
Cincinnati (5-4) at Las Vegas (5-4)
This is me just being an asshole. I am sick of Bengals fans bragging how good they are even though they lost to the Jets and got blown out by the Browns. Living in Ohio there really aren’t two dumber fan bases than the Bengals and Ohio State. Except Pittsburgh. Anyways, I’m going with the Raiders.
Winner: Raiders 26-20
Dallas (7-2) at Kansas City (6-4)
Game of the week in my opinion. I expect a shootout. Two great quarterbacks and offenses going head to head. This was by far the hardest game for me to pick this week but I am going to trust Dak over Mahomes. It really isn’t that crazy as Mahomes hasn’t played well as of late and Dak looks better than ever. Cowboys beat the Chiefs and keep pace with the other teams in the top heavy NFC.
Winner: Dallas 35-34
Arizona (8-2) at Seattle (3-6)
This just feels like an upset. Kyler Murray is hurt and even if he plays he won’t be 100% and I just think after the dud Russell Wilson and Seattle put up last week against Green Bay that the offense rebounds this week. Plus it’s a division game and you know how those go. Seattle wins a very physical game.
Winner: Seattle 23-20
Sunday Night Game
Pittsburgh (5-3-1) at Los Angeles Chargers (5-4)
After watching Pittsburgh tie with Detroit I’m convinced there not a good team. Look at who they have beat. The Chargers are winning this game. Pittsburgh tied with Detroit for lords sake.
Winner: Chargers 24-16
MondayNightGame
New York Giants (3-6) at Tampa Bay (6-3)
Tom Brady famously struggles with the Giants but coming off a loss to Washington Tom is pissed and I expect him to play well this week. Bad news is Tampa’s defense has not been playing well and for that reason I don’t expect this game to be a blow out. I think a late fourth quarter drive is needed by the GOAT and the Bucs get back on the right track with a hard fought win on Monday night.
Winner: Tampa Bay 27-20
Byes: Denver, Los Angeles Rams

It’s time for Josh’s Jams!!! I discovered a few songs I hadn’t heard before that will be on this list as well as an interesting variety. Since I started working for Fed Ex, I have been listening to a lot more music and it’s really helped me when it comes to writing and making these lists. As always, let me know what you think of my list by commenting at the bottom of the page and also let me know what songs you all have been rocking out too. Have a great week!!!!
Music is by far the best way to let everything go and live in the moment… or back in time. Back when life was less stressful, more fun, and before all the recent chaos. Each week, I’m going to take you on a journey back into time where I’ll feature my Top 20 anthems from a specific music genre. Buckle up and enjoy the ride!
This week’s #WaybackWednesday features some of my favorite wayback Hip-Hop and R&B jams of the 90s. LL Cool J popularized the Kangol hat, Biggie, Tupac, Nas, Aaliyah and virtually every Hip-Hop and R&B artist you can think of all wore Timberland boots. Over-sized white tees and denim overalls (with one or both straps down) were cool and trendy. Tommy Hilfiger, Nautica and Ralph Lauren’s Polo Sport were leading brands and Starter led the way with their popular NFL, NBA, and NHL jackets and hats. Paisley-patterned bandannas were stylish, camo was no longer only military apparel, and Air Jordan’s were a hot commodity. What we gonna do right here is go back, wayyyy back, back into time.
20 | Wu-Tang Clan – C.R.E.A.M. [1994]
19 | Ol’ Dirty Bastard – Shimmy Shimmy Ya [1995]
18 | Dr. Dre ft. Snoop Dogg – Nuthin’ But A G Thang [1992]
17 | Nas – N.Y. State of Mind [1994]
16 | Naughty By Nature – Hip Hop Hooray [1993]
15 | Boyz II Men – Motownphilly [1991]
14 | Mary J Blige – Real Love [1992]
13 | En Vogue with Salt-N-Pepa – Whatta Man [1993]
12 | Montell Jordan – This Is How We Do It [1995]
11 | Lauryn Hill – Doo-Wop (That Thing) [1998]
10 | Usher – You Make Me Wanna [1997]
9 | Blackstreet – No Diggity [1996]
8 | Sir Mix-A-Lot – Baby Got Back [1992]
7 | Jay Z – Hard Knock Life (The Ghetto Anthem) [1998]

Hi, it’s Aaron Truesdale and I’m back and ready to give you the fantasy advice you need for the upcoming NFL season. Also, I answer any fantasy questions you may have every Thursday morning through Sunday on Facebook under various fantasy football groups.
Let’s get it going with Week 10!
START
Tom Brady vs WAS
Projection: 35/45|328 YDS|3 TDS
Brady is fresh off a bye week. The Football Team defense hasn’t lived up to what they should have been this season and that will show again this week as Brady will poke more holes into Washington’s defense. For the most part, the Goat can be trusted every week.
Russell Wilson vs GB
Wilson makes his long-awaited return against the Packers. The Packer’s defense will not know what hit them. Wilson will come back with a bang and make a huge statement to the Packers and all other NFL teams.
Carson Wentz vs JAX
Tada Wentz is back again and it is well deserved for as good he has been playing the last few weeks. So continue to ride the hot hand and continue to trust Wentz until he gives you reason not to trust him.
SIT
Jalen Hurts vs DEN
Projection: 29/43|204 YDS|5 CAR|27 YDS|1 TD
Jalen Hurts collects most of his fantasy points in trash time. There is nothing wrong with that but don’t expect that this week against a stout Broncos defense. They shut down the Cowboy’s offense last week and I believe it will be the same for the Eagle’s offense this week.
Mac Jones vs CLE
Jones is a good game manager but game managers don’t put up good fantasy football numbers. Avoid Jones in fantasy football for now.
Tua Tagovailoa vs BAL
It’s up in the air if Tua will play this week but if he does play avoid him because he is nursing an injury and with the short week his productivity will be off. Also, the pressure the Ravens defense will put on Tua makes for even more reason to be concerned.
SLEEPER
Ben Rothelisberger vs DET
Big Ben has been awful this season and more of a game manager but if there is one week to trust Big Ben to have a huge game it is this week against the pitiful Lions defense. So if your need of QB take the risk and trust Big Ben.
START
Melvin Gordon vs PHI
Projection: 16 CAR|109 YDS|2 TDS|2 REC|11 YDS
Gordon has had a couple of good weeks and this week it will continue. Plus you got to trust the hot hand and by doing that you can then watch with a smile on your face as Gordon tears up the Eagle’s defense.
James Connor vs CAR
This is a no-brainer because Edmonds is going to be out a few weeks due to injury which makes Connor the main back in Arizona. With the uptick in volume, he will receive he will be an RB1 in fantasy football moving forward at least until Edmonds return and maybe even after that if Connor plays lights out while Edmonds is out.
Cordarrelle Patterson vs DAL
Dallas defense has been much improved this season but Patterson is a very handy weapon for fantasy football owners because he’s the swiss army knife of that Falcons offense. So due to all the volume, he sees that makes Patterson one of the most consistent guys in fantasy football. With all the injuries in fantasy that consistently is great for his fantasy owners. So as long as Patterson stays consistent continue to start him.
SIT
Josh Jacobs vs KC
Projection: 14 CAR|58 YDS
This week’s game against the Chiefs will be a shootout which means it will turn into more of a passing game for the Raiders. This means less opportunity for Jacobs. For that reason Avoid Jacobs this week.
D’Andre Swift vs PIT
Swift is going to have fresh legs but unfortunately, he is running into a tough Steelers defense. For that reason, if you have better options then go ahead and sit Swift against the Steelers.
Antonio Gibson vs TB
Gibson is also coming out of a bye week and will have fresh legs but unfortunately for Gibson, the Buccaneers defense is weak against the pass but top-notch against the run. Gibson hasn’t lived up to his fantasy football hype this season so because of that there are better options than Gibson.
SLEEPER
Kenyan Drake vs KC
Now I know Jacobs is my sit of the week but here me out. As I said before this game will be a pass-first game for the Raiders because it will be a shootout. So therefore it will mean more opportunities for Drake because is their pass-catching RB. So if you want a sleeper and need an RB this week due to injury or bye week then I suggest picking up and starting Drake.
START
CeeDee Lamb vs ATL
Projection: 6 REC|121 YDS|1 TD|1 CAR|26 YDS
The Cowboys had a rough game against the Broncos last week. Now I believe they will bounce back with a huge offensive explosion against a terrible Falcons defense and Ceedee will be a huge part of that offensive explosion. So don’t bench Lamb this week or you will live to regret it.
Michael Pittman vs JAX
Pittman has been solid the last couple of weeks and that is due to Wentz’s outstanding play lately. So look for Pittman to continue his good play as Wentz continues his hot play. Michael Pittman should be trusted as a WR1 going forward in fantasy football.
Terry McLaurin vs TB
Tampa’s pass defense is one of the worst in the NFL and for that reason alone Scary Terry is a must-start. Also, Scary Terry is a target monster just in case you needed another reason to start McLaurin.
SIT
D.J Moore vs ARI
Projection: 4 REC|44 YDS
Moore has been in a downward spiral for a while and Now Darnold is going to be out for a few weeks. So it is time to bench Moore in all fantasy football formats.
Deebo Samuel vs LAR
Now I know Samuel has been a WR1 in fantasy football and is the only weapon in the 49ers wide receiver core and no I didn’t forget about Kittle he is a tight end, not a wide receiver but I got just one name for you, Jalen Ramsey. For that reason, Samuel should be benched this week.
Devonta Smith vs DEN
Smith has been hit or miss this season and truly unpredictable in fantasy football and I believe he will be a big miss against a hardcore Broncos defense.
SLEEPER
Elijah Moore vs BUF
Moore has been really good and has started to show his talent and he is getting better every game. So if you need a plug and play I would pick up Moore and start him.
START
Dawson Knox vs NYJ
Projection: 5 REC|60 YDS|2 TDS
Knox should return this week and he should automatically become a TE1 again. Also, Knox has a sweet matchup against that horrid Jets defense. Welcome him back to your fantasy football lineups.
Dalton Schultz vs ATL
Dalton Schultz has been unpredictable so far this season but I believe he will be one of the main targets this week and will exploit the middle of the field against a sketchy Falcons defense. Schultz will have his best game of the season.
Hunter Henry vs CLE
Henry is a main target in the red zone for Jones. He is good for at least a touchdown. Henry’s touchdown upside is a good enough reason to start him.
SIT
Zach Ertz vs CAR
Projection: 3 REC|29 YDS
Ertz had a good first game with the Cardinals but since then he has been a ghost in that offense and you can expect that trend to continue against a decent Panthers defense. Avoid Ertz in fantasy until further notice.
Dallas Goedert vs DEN
Even with Ertz gone Goedert is still not being productive enough to be fantasy relevant. Avoid the frustration with Goedert leave him on your bench.
Dan Arnold vs IND
Arnold has been a good target for Lawrence in that Jaguars offense but that Colts pass rush will be too much for Lawrence which will lead to fewer targets and less production for Arnold this week.
SLEEPER
Pat Freiermuth vs DET
Freiermuth is starting to break out so pick him up before it’s too late and start him with no hesitation. He is a sleeper right now but he won’t be for long.
START
Chris Boswell vs DET
Projection: 2 XP|3 FGS
Boswell is going to see plenty of field goal opportunities and will capitalize on all of them. So Boswell is the kicker to start this week.
Dan Carlson vs KC
Mason Crosby vs SEA
SIT
Younghoe Koo vs DAL
Projection: 3 XPS|2 MFGS
It will be just an extra point day for Koo. This means a low-scoring fantasy football day for Koo. He will also miss a couple of field goal opportunities as well.
Greg Joesph vs LAC
Robbie Gould vs LAR
SLEEPER
Chase McLaughlin vs NE
If you play matchup at kickers and need a plug and play go pick up and start Chase and it won’t be a mistake.
Arizona is a tough defense and they are salivating over playing against a struggling Panthers offense. Arizona will trample all over that Panthers offense. Start Arizona’s defense with confidence.
Buffalo vs New York Jets
Indianapolis vs Jacksonville
SIT
Washington vs Tampa Bay
Projection: 29 PTS|3 SKS|1 FF|1 FR
Brady destroys just about every defense he sees and that will be no different against a Washington defense that isn’t playing up to their potential this season. Just bench Washington defense or any other defense playing against that Tampa offense.
San Francisco vs Los Angeles Rams
Miami vs Baltimore
SLEEPER
Tennessee vs New Orleans
Tennessee defense has been so dominant lately and they seem to be getting better and better each week. So if you need a defense this week I would pick up and start the Titans defense. Also, they are a defense to hold onto and ride with for the rest of the season.
I had a lot of fun writing this and I hope all of my week 10 start/sit advice helps everyone. I’ll be back next week with more fantasy start/sit advice.
